More than 2.500 Young & Older participants joined the 1st "Paths of Life" festival on 15-16 October 2022 at Technopolis City of Athens!
Recognizing the important role that older people in everyone’s life, ANTAMA Social Corporate Enterprise, in collaboration with more than 30 recognized Civil Society Organizations, organized the 1st festival that focuses on Older people (65+), embracing younger generations at the same time.
The aim of this initiative was to empower and bridge older people with organizations, peers and the younger generations, through a variety of interactional workshops and activities.

- Intergenerational workshops and activities that bring younger and older people together

- Outdoor Intergenerational photo exhibition
- Live performances by groups of adults, aged 65+
"Paths of Life" festival was held on Saturday 15 & Sunday 16 October 2022 at Technopolis City of Athens , under the auspices of City of Athens with Free entrance.

INTERGENERATIONAL EXHIBITION
We collect and fill the “Technopolis City of Athens” with the most beautiful & powerful moments between different generations to pass a strong social message about the value of intergenerational relationships and Ageism! Send us your photo!
INTERGENERATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Young and older people, "TOGETHER", will have the opportunity to participate in recreational activities and sports, to get closer and to learn from each other!
PROTAGONISTS AGED 65+
At the festival, groups of adults 65+ from the Athens City Friendship Clubs are invited to present their dance performances or choir in the central yard of Technopolis City of Athens! All generations, we become one!
TECHNOLOGY LABORATORIES
In the technologically fully equipped space of INNOVATHENS, throughout the weekend, mini workshops will be held for Older people on basic computer skills, email, social media & social applications to communicate with their loved ones.
TRAINING & WELLNESS
In the central yard, as well as indoors, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in gymnastic, fitness and yoga classes, adapted to the needs of older people, under the guidance of professionals.
RECREATIONAL ACTIVITIES
Painting, photography, oral storytelling, storytelling, gardening workshops and many other activities await your participation, alone or with your little friends, grandchildren, children!
LECTURES
Throughout the weekend, lectures on Healthy and Active Ageing issues, such as Lifelong Learning, Nutrition, Volunteerism, Art and Hobbies, the value of Intergenerational relationships will be held in the INNOV Athens - Technopolis City of Athens premises.
NATURE - ENVIRONMENT
Through different activities, we will highlight the well-being of older people through contact with nature and the environment, as well as the adoption of adult companion animals.
